Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.

All of our products are made in small batches for our customers. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. PLEASE select your products carefully. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.

We will replace the entire product if the packaging is damaged during shipping. Unused product should be returned after contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery in order to receive instructions.
