SHIPPING & RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.
All of our products are made in small batches for our customers. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
We will replace the entire order if the packaging is damaged during shipping. Unused product should be returned after contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to receive return instructions. If your package arrives damaged, and products have spilled we will open a ticket with the carrier, and replace your damaged goods. Photos and or video are required showing the damaged product and spillage.
We use the upmost care with filling and packaging your product in a professional facility. During shipping, especially in extreme cold or hot weather, it is common for containers to expand and contract slightly. We use pressure sensitive seals and they can shift or lift during shipping. Unless you see evidence of your outer package being opened, your containers are not tampered with post production. No refunds or replacements will be issued if you notice a seal as described.
Order Processing Time:
We have asked in the past that you please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 5 pm will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends).
But due to the issues that many businesses face, currently, we ask for 5-7 day.
We work around the clock to make sure that your orders will go out as soon as possible
Tracking numbers will be provided for every order.
All packages after being processed can take 2 to 7 business days for delivery. The time frame does not include holidays and weekends. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified by email. So please verify you entered the correct address before finalizing your order. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to Up North Naturals due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Up North Naturals is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Please note that when a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are charged postage for its return. If this happens you will hear from customer service and unfortunately it will incur an additional charge to ship it back out to you. Please triple check that your information is accurate
